Begin with tuna carpaccio accented by lemon basil, pickled shallots and blood orange sorbet, followed by indulgent offerings such as truffle fettuccine, lobster-crab raviolo, or a 24-ounce bone-in ribeye. End the evening on a sweet note with strawberry matcha millefoglie, crafted for a memorable holiday celebration.
