This July, Culina welcomes acclaimed Chef William Joo of Pizzeria Sei for an exclusive four-week culinary collaboration.

Every Tuesday evening, Chef Joo joins Executive Chef Jesus Medina and the Culina culinary team for Pizza & Wine Nights, an outdoor dining series celebrating the intersection of Italian tradition, Japanese precision, and California seasonality.

Guests will enjoy a menu of exclusive collaboration pizzas created for the residency, alongside seasonal dishes crafted by Culina. Available only during this limited engagement, the menu brings together the distinctive styles of two celebrated Los Angeles dining destinations.
