A Hollywood-Inspired Speakeasy Experience

From December 1 through March 3, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills invites guests to step back in time with an exclusive speakeasy experience at Veil & Velvet. Occupying The Lounge space, the Hotel’s cocktail bar that has often been referred to as Hollywood’s living room, Veil & Velvet draws inspiration from the charm of old-school piano bars and Hollywood’s most exclusive private dining clubs. Set within an atmosphere of timeless allure, Veil & Velvet will boast dark wood, plush leather seating, and rich velvet accents, transforming the space into a festive setting where Hollywood’s golden past meets contemporary luxury. The menu will feature American classics reimagined with a modern, indulgent twist – think crispy chicken bites with parmesan mousse and black truffle; pretzel bread with Dijon-brown butter; caviar and toast with fresh sea urchin; and an over-the-top wagyu burger. Pairing with these indulgent pleasures will be a beverage program including iconic cocktails such as a timeless Manhattan and Vesper Martini, along with pours of fine wines and Champagnes, rare whiskeys, cognacs, and more. Adding to the nostalgic allure will be experiential elements such as live cigar rolling, on-demand caviar service, and a roving Martini cart, further elevating the dining experience to one of classic Hollywood elegance.
